Firefighter Jodi came to visit this afternoon! She brought with her all her firefighter equipment! We got to try on her gloves, jacket, overalls, and helmet! She even showed us how she would carry people out of fires and showed us how fancy she looks in her uniform!
Thanks Jodi for giving us a refresher on Fire Safety!! We loved having you visit!

The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards is the nation's longest running and most prestigious scholarship and recognition program for creative teens.
There were over 3500 entries for the Scholastic Art Awards of Nebraska. Artwork was judged on originality, technical proficiency, and emergence of personal voice or vision/expression. Only award-winning pieces will be on display at the Omaha Public Schools TAC Building from February 26 – March 31, 2020.
