Dear Bobcat Backpack Supporter,

For the past 10 years, our National Honor Society (NHS) has organized the Annual Food Drive to support the Webster County Food Bank. Our students, staff, and community have stepped up year after year, bringing in food, raising funds, and showing what it means to care for those in need. Just last winter, we collected nearly 2,400 food items! FBLA also hosted their 9th Annual Soup Supper before the High School Music Concert, raising additional funds for the same great cause. Our students continue to be outstanding leaders and examples for all of us.

Because of your generous support, we’ve also been able to grow our Bobcat Backpack Program right here at Blue Hill Community Schools. What started as a goal of feeding 15–20 students per weekend has grown far beyond our expectations. At the height of the pandemic, we served up to 52 students per weekend, and this year, we are currently supporting 32 students. To date, the program has provided almost 40,000 meals to students in our community. With rising food costs, it takes about $350 each week to keep the program going.

We’re asking for your help to make this program sustainable. If you are interested in supporting the Backpack Program, please complete and return the attached form by Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025. Your support is completely voluntary and deeply appreciated.

State tickets can now be ordered through the school. Please print the form, fill it out, and return it with a check (made out to Blue Hill Schools) to Mrs. Wright by December 5th. Don't miss your chance to secure seats for this year's state tournament. Get your forms in on time!
