Parents! If your child is planning on taking Driver's Education, please read below.
Can my student drive in DE w/o a permit?
From DMV:
" Any student turning 14 before Oct 15 is allowed to drive for DE at 13 with their certified DE instructor, without a permit."
So a student meeting this criteria can complete their DE driving at 13 with their DE class. They will still need to get the permit when they turn 14 to have a School Learners Permit.

Due to forecasted weather, the FFA Banquet is being moved to tomorrow, Saturday, April 30th at 6:30 pm in the HS Gym.
The TVC JH/HS Track Meet scheduled for tomorrow (4/30) in Deshler has been moved to Tuesday, May 3rd (same times).

Few things to remember :
* race starts at 2 - I would be there no later than 1:50
* you will receive your shirt end of the week or day of race
* wear sunglasses or some sort of eye protection
* there will be water stations throughout the route
