Dear Elementary Parents,
We will be conducting our Parent-Teacher Conferences via Zoom this fall on September 17th from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Please sign up for a time slot by September 11th.
The Zoom link (to connect to the teacher) will be shared with you by the teacher prior to September 17th. Click the “Join Zoom Meeting” link that you receive at the time of your scheduled meeting and you will connect to the teacher through Zoom. Your teacher will have the "waiting room" enabled, so if you get a message that you "are waiting for the host", they will let you into the meeting as soon as they finish with the conference ahead of you.
It's important to be on time for your Zoom meeting. Teachers will need to follow the schedule for things to run smoothly, so if you need more than the 15 minutes allotted, please schedule a follow-up meeting with the teacher for another day.
