Elementary End-Of-Year Materials Return

Dear Parents:

We are planning an end-of-year materials collection and pick-up of personal items for all Blue Hill students.  

Material Collection/Personal Item Pick Up (Elementary Gym):

Monday, May 11 - 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Tuesday, May 12 -  8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Wednesday, May 13 -  8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

You may pick up your child’s personal items and drop off school items any time on Monday-Wednesday from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Material Collection/Personal Item Pick Up Instructions:

A family member will enter the elementary gym through the north exterior door (located on the east side of the building).  Please limit to one person in the family entering to drop off/pick up materials.

Please Drop off the following school materials in the designated/marked area in the gym:

  • A check for an unpaid lunch bill if you have a negative balance (Lunch accounts with a positive balance will be credited to next year’s account.).  If you don’t have access to Powerschool and would like to know the lunch balance, please email Mrs. Toepfer at loritoepfer@bluehillschools.org 

  • Any library books checked out to the student

  • Any classrooms textbooks or reading books that were used during the closure.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Students will be keeping their ChromeBooks over the summer.  Please do not return the ChromeBook.

  • Please pick up your child’s personal items in the designated area in the bleachers (they have been placed in a bag by your child’s teacher along with their end-of-year envelopes.

  • Please exit through the south exterior door (on the east side of the gym)

Please Note:  You will be able to drop off/pick up JH/HS items at the same time, but please exit the gym to the outside and enter back through the high school side of the building.

We will be following the State Directed Health Measures during the Materials Collection:

  • The number of people allowed in the gym at one time will be limited to 10 people. 

  • A minimum of 6 feet will be maintained between people at all times.

  • School personnel will be wearing masks and parents are also encouraged to do so.

  • You will not be allowed to enter the main school building.

If you are unable to drop off/pick up materials on any of the designated dates, please email Mrs. Toepfer at loritoepfer@bluehillschools.org to make alternate arrangements.
