Better than Remember the Titans.

            Its football season and that means that it is also time for football movies to make their debut at the box office. The hit movie this year is Gridiron Gang with the Rock as the main star in the movie. In the movie Sean Porter (The Rock) plays a probation officer at a camp for juveniles in a bigger city. When the kids eventually get released form the camp they usually end up right back in their gangs or dead. Sean wants to change this so he decides to make a football team for some of the inmates. He hopes that this will give them a sense of teamwork, disciple, and some ambition. It is a solid movie that really shows how the work of one person and football can change someone's life. This movie is not for people who do not like violence. Seeing how the violence even reaches the kids while they are playing football. This movie has been in the top three of the box office for the last two weeks with a total gross of 27 million dollars. My rating for this movie is a 9 out of 10.
