Mission Statement
The Blue Hill Public School is committed to helping all students reach their fullest potential, as they adapt to a changing world, to ensure a useful life lived in dignity.

General Philosophy
The school exists to meet the needs of the individual students that it serves.  The educational program must recognize the capacities and abilities of each student and strive to provide a suitable environment to provide for physical, mental, emotional, social, moral, and cultural development.  The Blue Hill Public School will provide opportunities for each individual to acquire the necessary skills and attitudes to become a happy, productive, responsible citizen of his/her community, state, and nation.  Students should be aware that they are responsible for their own time, efforts, and action and that they must learn to work cooperatively with others.
